Crack is a burger counter on the patio at Bixby Village Golf Course, 6180 Bixby Village Dr, Long Beach, CA 90803. This page says what we do with your information. It's short, because we collect almost nothing.
What we collect
The only thing we ask you for is your mobile number, and only if you choose to join our text list. When you join, we record:
- your mobile number
- the exact wording you agreed to
- where you signed up, which is either the QR code at our counter or this website
- the date and time
That's all. We don't ask for your name, your email or your address.
What this website collects on its own
Nothing. This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind. Even the fonts are served from this site rather than a font company.
Two ordinary things still happen in the background:
- Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
- The map on the Visit section is embedded from Google. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. That part is Google's service and is covered by Google's privacy policy.
How we use your number
To send you the texts you signed up for: your free-side text, and occasional news about specials and hours. Message frequency varies, roughly two to four a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our terms.
Who else sees it
A messaging provider sends the texts for us, so they handle your number on our behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information. The only company that touches your number is the messaging provider that sends the texts on our behalf, and it may not use your number for anything else.
Stopping the texts, or being deleted
Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help.
To have your number deleted from our list, reply STOP, call (714) 561-7165, or ask at the counter. We keep your number until you opt out or ask us to delete it.
Children
This site and our text list aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll change the date at the top.
